On
January 29, Kazu Kibuishi will meet with grades 3, 4, and 5 to expose students
to the writing and illustrating process of graphic novels. Kazu Kibuishi is the creator of the #1 New York Times bestselling Amulet series, in addition to several
others. Kazu was also selected to illustrate the covers of the 2013 paperback
editions of the Harry Potter series
in celebration of the 15th anniversary. Born in Tokyo, Kazu moved to
the U.S. when he was a child. He currently resides in Mill Creek, WA.
Students may PRE-ORDER his books and
have them autographed on the day of his visit!
